About Us

Aspen Psychological and Psychiatric Services is an association of independently practicing mental health professionals that provides services for children, adolescents, and adults with life challenges requiring individual, couples, and or family counseling or in need of medications for psychological distress and difficulty with sleep.

Statement

Aspen Psychological and Psychiatric Services provides a full service, multi-disciplinary team approach for providing psychotherapy and medication management to our clients. We provide clinical services to children (from 5 years of age), adolescents, adults and senior citizens utilizing a brief, goal-directed treatment model.

Child & Adolescent Services

Our therapists provide individual and family psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and teenagers for the following areas: depression, anxiety, anger management, impulse control, attention deficit disorders, oppositional defiant and conduct disorders, eating disorders, school related and academic problems, and substance abuse. Psychiatric & Sleep Services

Our psychiatrists provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults. Our sleep specialist provides sleep consultation and on going care for adult patients with insomnia. Please see the “Meet our Psychiatrists/ Sleep Specialist” page for more information.
